11/17/2021 DRAFT Minutes

 

In attendance: Robert Span, Kristin Aldred-Cheek, Patrick Farrell, Mac Bonafede, Jon Morgan, Stefanie Beaver-Kizza (alternate), Doug Finan (public), Kim Leo (public)
 

Motion to give Beaver-Kizza voting rights by Farrell, second by Span. Unanimous approval.

--Approved unanimously

Survey Approval ----Survey Publication Plan

--Various edits suggested and accepted by Committee. Survey will be available in Town Hall and Library as well as online.  We will try to get the Town Clerk to post survey on social media. The survey will be live for at least 1 month and the Committee will offer a presentation to the town regarding the results once finalized.

--Motion to approve survey by Farrell, second by Aldred-Cheek. Unanimous approval.

Website Approval

--Various edits suggested and accepted by Committee. 

--Motion to approve website by Span, second by Bonafede. Unanimous approval.

​

Internship

--Span volunteered to attend UNH Capstone Project Consulting Fair to represent the Committee and make the case for a team of students to work with us on the Economic Development process and plan.  

​

Spreadsheet Review

--Various alterations to be completed to ensure greater usability of data collected.
